Delete Your Account
You can delete your GetFZKL account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the GetFZKL app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.
Your account is deactivated immediately and the deletion of your personal and health data begins right away. This action is immediate and irreversible.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account on your behalf:

Use the subject line “Account deletion” and tell us which account to delete (the email address you registered with) and what you want removed. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not delete the wrong account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile and personal details
- Your body measurements (weight, body fat, measurements)
- Your nutrition diary and meal history
- Your workout and activity history
- All other data associated with your account
Timing and completeness
Deletion is immediate in the app. Your personal and health data are then permanently erased from our systems — including backups — within 30 days, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA). We do not retain a de-identified or anonymized copy of your health data; the only thing we may keep is a minimized legal record (for example, a record that a deletion request was made and fulfilled) where the law requires it. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Remember to cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel any paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the platform, not by us. Cancel separately in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions) before or after you delete your account.
